Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management or similar.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or SketchUp with strong leadership and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design and development of architectural plans for new projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Review budgets, schedules and resources; ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform site visits to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Recommend improvements and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
