Job summary

BlueHorizon in Lisbon is seeking an Architecture Manager on a contract basis to oversee the design and construction of projects, ensuring compliance with codes and standards. The role requires leadership, strong PM skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, review plans and budgets, monitor progress, and conduct site visits to ensure quality. Fluent English is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management roles.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership to manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit and related PM software.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English; Portuguese a plus.

Salary

The salary for this contract position is $1300 per month.

Location

This position is located in Lisbon but may require occasional travel within Portugal.

Contract Duration

The contract duration for this position is 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
