The Architecture Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in the city of Lisbon, Portugal. This role requires a skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of architectural principles, as well as experience in project management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Architecture Manager looking to take on challenging projects while living in the beautiful city of Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is meeting design specifications
• Review and approve design proposals from team members
• Mentor and support junior architects on the team
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the city of Lisbon or Portugal
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles
• Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish

Salary: $1800 per month
