Cushman & Wakefield in Lisbon is seeking an Architect to deliver test-fits, concept design, and comprehensive project documentation for diverse international clients. You will liaise with national and international stakeholders and support licensing and construction phases.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years experience, strong BIM/AutoCAD skills, and fluency in English; ability to present in Portuguese and English is required. Hybrid work from Lisbon with remote options two days per week.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Architect and/or Interior Designer (3-5 years).
• Member of the Ordem dos Arquitectos.
• Fluent in English; able to present in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Assess client needs and develop test-fits, temporary and final solutions based on client requirements.
• Manage stakeholders (national and international) for each project.
• Develop Look & Feel proposals and Conceptual Design.
• Prepare preliminary studies, licensing projects, and execution projects with all necessary documentation.
• Follow-up licenses with authorities and client.
• Provide technical assistance during construction management phase.
• Ensure projects meet Cushman & Wakefield quality standards and regulations.

Job Title

Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment of client needs
• Development of test-fits, temporary and final solutions based on client requirements.
• Ongoing management of stakeholders (both national and international) for each project
• Development of Look & Feel proposals and Conceptual Design
• Development of preliminary studies, licensing projects, and execution projects, including all necessary documentation for each phase (drawn pieces, reports, measurement tables, etc.)
• Follow-up and management of licenses with the corresponding authorities and with the client
• Technical assistance during the construction management phase
• Ensure that the projects in which you participate meet market quality standards in general and C&W standards in particular.
• Stay up to date with specific regulations applicable to projects.
• Update the catalog and material library.
• Stay informed about new trends in materials and solutions applicable to projects.

Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience as an Architect and/or Interior Designer (3-5 years)
• Value given to professional experience in the field.
• Member of the Ordem dos Arquitectos (Order of Architects)
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer tools, particularly BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office tools, among others
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ease in interpersonal relationships, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and experience in presentations (in Portuguese and English)
• Dynamism, creativity, and autonomy
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to adapt to various types of projects and client profiles.
• Proactive attitude

• Availability to travel to ongoing construction sites (nationwide)
