Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Architect to join the Lisbon-based team, with eligibility to remote work two days per week and nationwide travel for site visits. You will handle design development, technical documentation, and stakeholder coordination for diverse projects, ensuring quality aligned to C&W standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, proficiency in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Architect or Interior Designer (3–5 years)
• Member of the Ordem dos Arquitectos (Order of Architects)
• Proficiency with BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and Adobe/Microsoft tools
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and present to clients in PT and EN

Responsabilidades

• Assess client needs
• Develop test-fits, temporary and final solutions per client requirements
• Manage stakeholders nationally and internationally for each project
• Develop Look & Feel proposals and Conceptual Design
• Prepare preliminary studies, licensing and execution projects with all required documents
• Follow up licenses with authorities and client
• Provide technical assistance during construction management
• Ensure projects meet Cushman & Wakefield standards
• Stay updated with applicable regulations and market trends
• Update catalog and material library
• Stay informed about new materials and solutions
