A empresa Bpo Company está buscando um profissional para fornecer suporte técnico de 1ª linha a utilizadores, resolvendo incidentes e problemas relacionados com software e hardware, garantindo a satisfação do cliente. O/a candidato/a trabalhará com equipas técnicas e de suporte para diagnosticar questões, encaminhar casos e acompanhar a resolução até o fecho do ticket.

É requisito fluência em francês e inglês, aliada a excelentes capacidades de comunicação, empatia e orientação para o cliente,

• Fluência em francês e inglês.
• Boas competências de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte técnico de 1ª linha a utilizadores e resolver incidentes de software e hardware.
• Diagnosticar questões, encaminhar casos e acompanhar a resolução até ao fecho do ticket.
