Concentrix in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator for Arabic-speaking audiences to ensure compliance with client guidelines across social platforms. This on-site role offers training and the chance to work with a global leader in technology and services.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, has customer service experience, and can work both independently and in a team, handling potentially sensitive content in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek initiatives to improve service and user experience.
• Review, audit and moderate contents from end users and copyright.
• Review user behavior and enforce social media rules.
• Analyze reports per protocols with high quality.
• Moderate between social media users using guidelines in evolving guidance.
• Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business-critical issues.
