David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Representative for our client in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is fully on-site and focused on quality evaluation of AI-generated responses and content annotation within a fast-paced, confidential environment.

Applicants should be native Arabic speakers with strong English (B2) and a keen eye for detail. Training will be provided, and the team offers a multicultural, centrally located Lisbon office with facilities and growth

Qualificações

• Native-level proficiency in Arabic with excellent written communication.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with AI data annotation or evaluation platforms is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses using guidelines.
• Label and annotate language model outputs accurately and consistently.
• Assess content for quality, relevance, and safety per policies.
• Apply guidelines across different scenarios and content types.
• Identify inconsistencies and potential quality issues and report them.
