Kats Recruitment in Lisbon is seeking an Arabic Speaking Advertising Support Specialist to assist SME advertisers with self-service digital marketing platforms, providing pre-sales and post-sales support and guiding clients through dashboards and policy guidelines.

The role requires native Arabic and strong English, a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Support SME advertisers through chat, email, and outbound phone interactions.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service digital marketing products.
• Guide clients through platform interfaces, dashboard tools, and advertising guidelines.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical or operational issues affecting campaigns.
• Manage multiple platform systems and client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Track recurring trends or glitches and share insights with internal teams.
