Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an Applied Machine Learning Scientist to build production ML systems that drive revenue insights. You will train models, run experiments, and deploy solutions that inform decisions across teams.

You will collaborate with AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Analysts in the Enterprise Data & Analytics group to translate data into measurable business impact. A strong Python stack and deployment experience are required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Applied Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in ML and statistics, with hands-on experience in real-world data.
• Production-grade engineering skills and experience deploying ML models.

Responsabilidades

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models that predict revenue-related outcomes.
• Build and own end-to-end ML systems from data prep to production deployment and monitoring.
• Develop intelligence from structured and unstructured data using NLP, embeddings, LLMs, and deep learning where value is created.
• Design experiments to uncover relationships between customer behavior, product usage, and business outcomes.
