Siemens is seeking an Application Manager to lead Cybersecurity, Compliance and Application Governance. You will coordinate security controls, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive risk assessments across deployments.

You will collaborate with IT, security and business units to implement best practices, optimize processes, and maintain documentation in compliance tools. Fluency in English and ITIL knowledge are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong communication across intercultural teams.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• In-depth ITIL knowledge; DevOps, cyber security and agile are advantages.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate application delivery and supervise service performance metrics.
• Support strategies to improve service quality and user satisfaction.
• Act as primary contact for service providers and coordinate efforts.
• Ensure applications operate securely and efficiently across deployment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot incidents.
• Proactively analyze usage trends and implement enhancements.
• Establish best practices for application management and automation.
• Regularly evaluate processes for cost-effectiveness and excellence.
