Bontaz Portugal, the Development Center of the Bontaz Group, plans and coordinates the development of system-integrated parts, managing activities from design to completion while ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality, cost, and deadlines.

We seek candidates with strong experience in design development, ideally in automotive, and fluent English; French and Portuguese skills are highly valued for direct customer interaction and leading product development.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• French required; Portuguese essential for direct customer interaction and leading product development.
• Strong experience in design development, ideally within the automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the development of a system or subsystem from the beginning of the project to the SOP.
• Takes into account the specifications and deploys the associated design.
• Ensures milestones are met and implements necessary activities.
• Produces product and process FMEAs.
• Creates the DVP and conducts tests.
• Involves technical experts as needed and seeks external expertise.
• Tracks milestones and consolidates technical data in PLM at required maturity.
• Participates in prototype fabrication.
• Monitors Quality/Technical/Cost/Time indicators.
• May conduct tests to gather feedback on prototypes.
