Robert Bosch Group is seeking a dedicated Requirements Engineer to join our eBike Systems team in Portugal. You will bridge the gap between system, component, and domain levels, ensuring a clear and traceable set of software requirements.

You will document using the 4C Method, lead reviews, and drive process improvements while supporting audits and change management across the lifecycle. English proficiency is essential for our international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with requirements management tools like Jama and DOORS Next Generation.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and synthesize requirements across system, component, and domain levels.
• Specify and document requirements using the 4C Method with traceability.
• Lead and moderate requirement reviews to refine and validate specifications.
• Improve and optimize requirements engineering processes for better quality and efficiency.
• Support requirements audits in the software domain and manage change requests.
• Oversee software requirements from concept to validation and delivery.
