Mollie, a leading European fintech, is hiring for a Technical Support role focused on Mollie products integrations. Join our Lisbon or Maastricht team to resolve complex technical issues and partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

You’ll own API integration problems and help customers run their business smoothly. This role emphasizes hands-on debugging with REST APIs, familiarity with PHP, and knowledge of Woocommerce/Magento/Shopware.

Qualificações

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical support context.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and debugging with Postman.
• Basic familiarity with PHP for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of webshop platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, Shopware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English plus a second language.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct technical support for custom API integrations and plugins via email and phone.
• Advise on the best technical implementations for Mollie integrations.
• Be the primary contact for complex technical questions between customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous product improvements by providing SME feedback.
• Develop internal technical training and documentation to upskill teams.
