Job summary

PwC Services Portugal (PSP) seeks an AML Assistant Associate to support risk assurance activities related to AML/CFT programs and client engagements in a fast-growing team. You will help design and review AML controls, perform risk assessments, and assist with client due diligence across multiple actors, including management companies and custodians.

Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in Audit, Business, Economics, Financial Crime or similar
Excellent written and spoken communication in English, French and/or German
Analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills
Dynamic, proactive and have good organisational skills
Good command of Word and Excel

Responsibilities

Assist AML/CFT client assignments such as review and design of AML/CFT company programs or elements of it, AML Risk Assessments, Risk Appetite, distributor due diligence, audit of AML/CFT procedures and their application including customer due diligence files.
Collaborate with management companies, transfer agents, custodians, domiciliary agents.
Support other Risk Assurance assignments such as Internal Audit and Internal Controls projects focusing on clients' business.
