Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail sales experience.
• 1-2 years spa experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through dashboards and KPIs.
• Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and team activity.
• Promote the brand through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling.
• Assist with spa walk-throughs and note maintenance needs.
• Handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory and reporting.
• Provide a comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients.
