Be Relax Spa seeks an Assistant Spa Manager to lead retail and spa operations at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The role emphasizes sales analytics, team leadership, and delivering a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through dashboards and KPIs.
• Implement up-selling strategies to maximize spa and team activity.
• Promote brand visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling.
• Assist with spa walk-throughs and note areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
• Handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, deposits and reporting.
• Provide a comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
