Planck Technologies is seeking an experienced AI/Business Analyst to identify and prioritize AI use cases across business units. You will translate requirements into functional specs and coordinate AI pilots, ensuring governance and security compliance.

You will collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, IT, Legal, and Compliance while leveraging Microsoft 365/Azure ecosystems and Copilot tools in a hybrid model near Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, AI enablement, Product Management, or similar roles.
• Experience identifying, documenting, and prioritizing AI use cases.
• Hands-on involvement in AI, Generative AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and data protection requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs for AI applications.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business units.
• Assess business value, feasibility, and risks of AI initiatives.
• Act as the bridge between Business, IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for AI applications and agents.
• Coordinate AI pilots, PoCs, and solution rollouts.
• Drive AI adoption through user onboarding and enablement activities.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
