Aceve is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy internal AI solutions powering our digital transformation across the group’s portfolio.

You will sit within the AI Transformation Team, collaborating with business teams to ensure solutions are adopted and deliver measurable impact. This hands-on role emphasizes production-ready AI, cross-functional work, and remote collaboration across Europe and Nordic markets.

Qualificações

• 2+ years hands-on AI or software engineering experience.
• Degree in CS or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Proficient with LLM APIs and production-ready integrations.
• Experience building automations or AI agents interacting with business systems.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Bias for shipping—solutions that get used.
• Comfort working remotely across European/Nordic time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy internal AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate workflows into AI solutions.
• Iterate based on real-world usage and feedback.
• Contribute to a shared engineering foundation with reusable components.
• Evaluate and recommend new AI tools and models.
• Document solutions for cross-team understanding.
• Support AI Champions network with technical guidance.
• Run hands-on workshops across Aceve’s markets.
