Job summary

Alignerr is hiring Software Engineers to shape AI-generated code from Lisbon, working remotely on an hourly contract with 10–40 hours/week. You will review AI-produced code, assess correctness, readability, and performance, and provide structured feedback to improve future outputs.

Ideal candidates are proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go or TypeScript, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design. You will work independently and asynchronously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong ability to read, write, and explain code with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
