Job summary

Decskill is seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead business analysis and translate needs into scalable architectures. You will design AI-enabled, cloud-integrated solutions and bridge discovery with high-code delivery, producing executive-ready materials.

The role requires strong consulting, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies, APIs, Python, .NET, and React within an international, client-facing context.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and discovery workshop facilitation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical/solution architecture.
• Practical understanding of AI/LLM technologies, including AI Agents, RAG and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience producing technical estimates, architecture options and executive-facing materials.
• Ability to work across both business and technical domains.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and discovery workshops to understand business needs and challenges.
• Translate business problems into scalable technical and solution architectures.
• Design AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Bridge business discovery, solution architecture and high-code delivery.
• Define and evaluate different architecture options, including estimates and technical approaches.
• Design integration and cloud architectures for complex solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and validate solutions.
• Prepare architecture documentation and executive-level presentations.
• Support the transition towards AI-assisted and high-code solution delivery.
