Job summary

Keenfinity Group Audio is seeking a senior MDM Lead to head the transformation of our data landscape from a complex legacy environment into a modern, lean, business-driven setup. You will own end-to-end Master Data Management across systems like Salesforce, ERP, and PIM, establishing data ownership, governance, and scalable processes for digital growth.

Responsibilities include defining the MDM transformation roadmap, setting up a pragmatic framework, and collaborating with business stakeholders

Qualifications

Proven experience in MDM, data governance, or enterprise data management.
Strong knowledge of data models and governance frameworks.
Experience with MDM tooling such as Stibo STEP or Informatica.
Deep understanding of CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and PIM landscapes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the MDM transformation roadmap across systems.
Establish scalable, pragmatic MDM framework aligned with business priorities.
Define data domains and ownership models (Customer, Product, Material, Vendor, Pricing, Installed Base).
Govern data with end-to-end governance, roles, responsibilities, and workflows.
Ensure data quality standards and GDPR/compliance in governance and tooling.
Collaborate with E2E IT Architect and integrate MDM into core systems (Salesforce, ERP, PIM).
Lead external MDM and data governance partners and align with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations.
