Philip Morris International in Portugal is hiring a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the Microsoft 365 platform architecture, governance guardrails, and secure adoption of SharePoint Online, Teams and Power Platform. You will shape the platform roadmap, ensure scalable, compliant designs, and align with AI strategy including Copilot readiness.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years working with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and Teams.
• 2–4 years experience in solution architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Define and steward M365 platform reference architecture and guardrails across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, including security and governance.
• Own SharePoint Online storage and lifecycle architecture, provisioning, ownership, and search behavior in line with governance standards.
• Act as architectural authority for information discovery and data governance, ensuring permissions-aware search and compliant information architecture.
• Collaborate across governance forums to enhance usability, security posture, data classification, and user guidance.
• Lead AI enablement and adoption for M365 experiences, including Copilot and enterprise agents.
• Serve as senior architecture leader in agile product teams, mentoring engineers and translating technology trends into roadmap updates.
