Philip Morris International seeks a Tech Lead, Cloud Strategy to guide AI platform capabilities on AWS. You will architect, implement, and mentor within Platform Engineering.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, build declarative IaC with Crossplane/Terraform, and drive secure CI/CD pipelines, while integrating LLM orchestration, registries, and gateway services. Based in Portugal, Albarraque area, on-site role.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in cloud/platform engineering and AI/ML platforms.
• Hands-on with managed runtimes, LLM orchestration, registries, or model serving.
• Experience with AWS services (IAM, ECR, Lambda, VPC, Bedrock).

Responsabilidades

• Define technical direction and architecture decisions for AI platform.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews to enforce standards.
• Build and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines with security gates.
• Collaborate with product, security, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead PoCs and evaluate new technologies for the stack.
