Inetum is hiring in Portugal to lead Dynamics 365 Platform Implementation and Governance across Field Service and Project Operations. The role requires deep expertise in standard Dynamics capabilities applied to real business scenarios, with a track record in enterprise deployments.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to define architecture, governance guidelines, and platform evolution post go-live, while ensuring quality standards and stakeholder alignment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technology-related fields.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications focusing on Field Service and Project Operations are required.
• Power Platform / Solution Architect certification is expected as a strong asset.
• Experience in large-scale Dynamics 365 enterprise deployments is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Define implementation guidance for Dynamics 365 Field Service aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure fit-to-standard approach across Dynamics projects and governance guidelines.
• Support architectural decisions and platform standards for Field Service and Project Operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the platform.
• Troubleshoot issues and support testing phases and go-live activities.
• Provide post-production support and continuous platform improvement.
