Tekever is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance specialist to help scale verification for mission-critical software used in unmanned systems. You will focus on practical testing, automation, and building auditable QA agents to keep pace with rapid delivery.

The role emphasizes problem-solving over years of tool experience, with responsibilities ranging from scenario design to pipeline automation and measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Enough C# to read, review and debug it confidently.
• Automated a real desktop UI and handle synchronization/flakiness.

Responsibilities

• Work out what should be verified and how. Understand platform workflows and failure modes.
• Test critical paths by hand and perform exploratory testing.
• Write scenario packs for a persona-focused QA agent with evidence anchors.
• Build and evolve QA agents: scenario runners, regression checkers, feedback triage.
• Create test generation pipelines and self-checking mechanisms. Implement mutation testing and assertion analysis.
• Ensure verification is independent from AI-generated code/tests and prove independence.
• Make product mechanically verifiable with test environments and harnesses.
• Solve the oracle problem: convert operator-visible outputs into machine assertions.
• Own gates: decide what blocks merge or release and adapt as volume grows.
• Measure process metrics (defect escape, gate effectiveness) and drive improvements.
• Evolve quality processes as a system run by the team.
• Collaborate with operators to run acceptance and turn feedback into tests.
• Produce evidence acceptable to auditors.
