Job summary

Tekever seeks a QA engineer specialized in automation for a fast-moving, mission-critical desktop application built with WPF. You will shape how verification scales with delivery, focusing on AI-assisted QA, scenario-driven testing, and auditable gate processes.

You will work closely with operators and developers to improve testability, data, and tooling, advancing the overall quality program across projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient with reading and reviewing C# code.
• Experience automating a real desktop UI and handling sync, flakiness, and rendering complexities.
• Built automated workflows or CI/CD pipelines, not only consuming them.
• Daily use of AI coding and agentic tools in real work and opinions on their shortcomings.
• Experience configuring AI agents or LLM-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy for fast-delivery environments.
• Automate critical tests and build scenario packs for operator-like QA agents.
• Develop and maintain QA agents, regression checkers and feedback triage tools.
• Create self-checking test generation pipelines with verifiable outputs.
• Ensure verification gates are robust and auditable as scale increases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve processes and data for QA.
