Körber is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to identify, shape, and deliver AI-enabled products that drive measurable business value. The role bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams across the full lifecycle from opportunity to deployment and adoption.

Responsibilities include strategy, roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with AI architects, engineers, and external partners.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in product management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years delivering AI, ML, generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programmes.
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and value realisation metrics.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with external technology partners and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Product management certification desirable (Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe Product Manager, or equivalent).
• AI, Data Science, Analytics, or Cloud certifications desirable.

• Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Define product vision, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Build business cases and value realisation frameworks for AI investments.
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and translate requirements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements.
• Manage expectations across executives, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Work with AI Architects, AI Engineers, vendors, and business teams throughout delivery.
• Prioritise product backlogs and manage feature development.
• Ensure solutions are adopted and deliver intended business outcomes.
• Monitor usage, adoption, performance, and benefits realisation.
• Ensure AI products comply with governance, security, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Support model monitoring, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.

Senior AI Product Manager

The Senior AI Product Manager is responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering AI-enabled products and capabilities that create measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, this role owns the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from opportunity identification through deployment, adoption, and value realization.

Your role in our team

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Your profile

• 8+ years of product management, digital product, technology delivery, data, analytics, or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programmes.
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and value realisation metrics.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with external technology partners and vendors.
