A2IT Technology in Portugal seeks a senior leader to drive AI-driven digital transformation, delivering measurable productivity gains, structuring company-wide process digitization, and scaling AI solutions to meet business needs.

Lead the roadmap for AI and process digitalization; translate business requirements into scalable improvements; guide cross-functional teams; monitor adoption and impact; onsite for the first 6 months at Almada, with potential long-term impact across the organization.

Qualificações

• Solid technical background in APIs, integrations, and AI.
• Experience in Product or Platform Management.
• Strong prioritization, decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.
• Define and manage the roadmap for AI and process digitalization.
• Translate business requirements into actionable improvements and scalable solutions.
• Prioritize, evaluate and structure new use cases with innovation teams.
• Drive implementation with high adoption and measurable business impact.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, efficiency and impact.

Lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven digital transformation initiatives, focusing on delivering measurable productivity gains, structuring company-wide process digitalization, and scaling solutions to meet business needs.

• Define and manage the roadmap for AI and process digitalization initiatives;
• Translate business requirements into actionable improvements and scalable solutions;
• Prioritize, evaluate, and structure new use cases in partnership with innovation teams;
• Drive the implementation of impactful solutions with high adoption across the organization;
• Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, efficiency, and business impact.;
• Ensure alignment between teams and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solid technical background, including APIs, integrations, AI, RAG, and related technologies;
• Previous experience in Product Management or Platform Management;
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills;
• Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business and technical challenges.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with AI products and solutions;
• Background in SaaS products or internal platforms;
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-ambiguity environments.
