Decskill is growing and seeks an AI Privacy Engineer / Data Protection Coordinator to join a hybrid team. You will lead privacy for AI initiatives, translate GDPR and EU AI Act requirements into concrete technical controls, and partner with engineering to embed privacy throughout design, development, and operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Data Protection, Privacy, Law, Information Security, Computer Science)
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and European data protection principles
• Experience translating privacy requirements into practical technical controls
• Experience conducting DPIAs / Privacy Impact Assessments

Responsabilidades

• Act as the data protection lead for AI use cases and ensure privacy requirements across the AI lifecycle
• Translate GDPR, EU AI Act, and internal policies into practical guidance for AI teams
• Embed data protection requirements into design and implementation of AI systems
• Maintain documentation: data flows, RoPAs, design decisions, controls and safeguards
• Conduct DPIAs and privacy risk assessments for AI use cases
• Identify privacy risks in data processing, model behavior, data flows and system architecture
• Define pragmatic privacy controls and work with engineers to implement them
• Bridge engineering teams and data protection functions to meet privacy expectations
• Provide recommendations and evidence for privacy reviews and go/no-go decisions
• Enable scalable privacy governance with evidence of compliance
• Embed Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default in AI use cases and platform components
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, AI Platform, Security, IT and business stakeholders
• Develop reusable privacy patterns, controls, and implementation standards
• Stay updated on evolving AI privacy regulations and best practices
