SYONE, S.A. is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, build and operate an enterprise AI platform layer. You will integrate and manage multiple LLM providers (Azure OpenAI, Claude, OpenAI) with routing, fallback and cost controls.

You will develop autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows, enable RAG and knowledge retrieval, and own safety, evaluation and governance for production AI systems across enterprise apps such as SharePoint, Salesforce and M365.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years shipping production AI applications.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise LLM solutions used by real end-users at scale.
• Experience designing multi-agent systems and agentic orchestration architectures.
• Experience integrating AI into business workflows — not just standalone demos.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate the enterprise AI platform layer with multi-provider LLM integration.
• Develop autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows for business processes.
• Build RAG and knowledge retrieval on top of the Corporate Brain data platform.
• Own evaluation, safety, and AI governance for production AI systems.
