HN Services Portugal is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the Cardif Agent Platform team in Porto. You will develop Python services, build frontend components with React, and work on data pipelines in a secure cloud environment.

You will collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Data Scientists, DevOps and Security, contribute to API integration, monitor bots, and help improve platform stability and security across multiple countries.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Python applications and services.
• Develop and improve frontend components using React.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data preparation processes.
• Support onboarding of new AI use cases and countries.
• Create environments and technical support for AI platform adoption.
• Contribute to API integration and API Management.
• Monitor existing AI bots and support incident resolution.
• Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, Data Science and Security teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application stability.
• Contribute to security improvements, vulnerability remediation and continuous platform evolution.
