HN Services Portugal is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the Cardif Agent Platform team in Porto. You will develop Python services, build frontend components with React, and work on data pipelines in a secure cloud environment.

You will collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Data Scientists, DevOps and Security, contribute to API integration, monitor bots, and help improve platform stability and security across multiple countries.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience.

The squad is responsible for developing and evolving the Cardif Agent Platform (CAP), an internal AI platform that enables countries to deploy secure RAG-based chatbot solutions and AI services at scale across more than 30 countries.

Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, DevOps, MLOps and Security teams to develop, onboard and support AI-powered solutions running in secure cloud environments.
