Job summary

OLX is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Trust & Safety to own the strategy and end-to-end delivery across markets. You will define detection and prevention of fraud, protect user integrity, and build AI-native safety infrastructure that scales without adding friction for legitimate users.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in digital consumer platforms.
• Proven ownership of trust-related products (Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, Identity).
• Track record building scalable fraud prevention systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with metrics.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance.
• Experience with ML/AI-powered trust products is a plus.
• Ability to balance user experience, growth, and risk.
• Comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional leadership.
• Core product skills transferable across fraud domains.
• Building data products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating risk into prioritised plan.
• Develop proactive fraud prevention through data signals, anomaly detection, and tooling.
• Ship AI-native safety experiences using ML models and behavioural signals.
• Balance risk mitigation with growth, minimizing friction for legitimate users.
• Define and track TS success metrics and communicate impact to execs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Build instrumentation to measure fraud rates and model performance.
• Quantify fraud losses and ROI for prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance and security across markets.
• Apply AI to PM workflows for faster threat analysis and experimentation.
