OLX is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda across multiple markets. You will define strategy to detect fraud, protect user integrity, and build AI-driven safety infrastructure.

This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland and requires experience in fraud prevention, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, legal, and operations to deliver scalable, proactive protections while preserving user

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in digital platforms and marketplaces.
• Proven experience owning trust-related products or spaces (Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk).
• Track record of building scalable systems to detect and mitigate abuse and risk.
• Strong analytical mindset with metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance and Operations.

Responsabilités

• Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk into a prioritized plan.
• Shift from reactive to proactive fraud prevention with risk engine and signals.
• Ship AI-native safety experiences using ML models and behavior signals.
• Balance fraud mitigation with growth, minimizing friction for legitimate users.
• Define and track success metrics and communicate impact to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products in regulated environments.
• Develop instrumentation to measure fraud rates, model performance and user impact at scale.
• Build business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments.
