Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced AI/ML leader to design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines, transforming complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and large-scale tech delivery.
• Experience defining AI or technology strategies within complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their usage patterns.
• Familiarity with model monitoring, observability, MLOps tooling, and Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

What will you do?

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines, transforming complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions;
• Develop, fine-tune, and operationalize large language models, ensuring high performance and seamless integration into platforms;
• Implement robust CI/CD workflows for AI, automate data pipelines, and manage the reliable monitoring and lifecycle of AI systems;
• Continuously evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI models and services for efficiency, accuracy, and real-time performance in large-scale environments;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to engineer AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
