Mosano in Porto is seeking a mid-senior AI Growth Marketer to accelerate our presence with an AI-native approach. This hybrid role spans marketing, growth and technical execution, and you will run campaigns and ship landing pages using vibe coding.

You will own growth end to end, analyse data with Google Analytics, and apply generative AI tools to improve visibility, indexation and performance across search and AI-generated answers.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in digital marketing and/or growth with a demonstrable track record of results.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools (text, image, code) and genuine curiosity to explore new ones.
• Strong analytical skills: confident with Google Analytics and with marketing & growth metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of digital marketing campaigns from concept to measurement, taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Analyse data (Google Analytics and other sources) to understand what works and drive decisions with evidence.
• Implement growth strategies to improve visibility across generative engines and LLMs for better search and AI results.
• Run growth hacking initiatives on Reddit, forums, directories and other portals to increase brand indexation.
• Build landing pages and websites using AI tools and vibe coding with speed and autonomy.
• Produce AI-generated content (images, branding assets, campaign materials) consistent with Mosano's identity.

About The Role

We are looking for a mid-senior AI Growth Marketer to accelerate Mosano's presence and growth through an AI-native approach. This is a hybrid position that sits between marketing, growth and technical execution: you will both run campaigns and get hands‑on building landing pages, content and experiences with AI tools. We want someone who can own growth end to end, and be comfortable getting into the details, whether that means launching a campaign or shipping a landing page built through vibe coding.

What You Will Do

• Own the execution of digital marketing campaigns from concept to measurement, taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Analyse data (Google Analytics and other sources) to understand what works, surface opportunities and drive decisions with evidence.
• Implement growth strategies, including optimising our visibility across generative engines and LLMs (GEO/AEO), so that Mosano gets recommended in searches and AI‑generated answers.
• Run growth hacking initiatives, such as strategic presence on Reddit, forums, directories and other portals, to increase brand awareness and indexation.
• Build landing pages and websites using AI tools and vibe coding, with speed and autonomy.
• Produce digital content with AI (images, branding assets, campaign materials), keeping everything consistent with Mosano's identity.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience in digital marketing and/or growth, with a demonstrable track record of results.
• Comfortable owning initiatives independently and setting direction rather than only executing briefs.
• Hands‑on with generative AI tools (text, image, code) and genuine curiosity to explore new ones.
• Strong analytical skills: confident with Google Analytics and with marketing and growth metrics.
• Experimental, data‑driven mindset, with a habit of testing hypotheses, measuring and iterating.
• Enough technical autonomy to build landing pages and sites with no‑code/low‑code tools or vibe coding.
• Strong written communication and the ability to create compelling content.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SEO and emerging GEO/AEO practices.
• Some HTML/CSS, or experience with website building frameworks and tools.
• Previous experience in a software house, agency or startup environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.
