Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is expanding its Western Europe & Africa hub, driving AI-enabled transformation across Finance, HR, Procurement and more. The role focuses on identifying AI opportunities, conducting executive workshops, and steering GenAI/Agentic AI initiatives from concept to implementation.

You will partner with UX, data science, and engineering teams to craft practical AI solutions, ensuring business value and scalable adoption while navigating governance and ethical

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 5-7 years in Digital Consulting, Digitalization Transformation or AI-driven projects.
• Deep expertise in AI technologies, ML models, GenAI and Agentic AI principles.
• Proven skills in process mapping, re-engineering, and requirements gathering in enterprise.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities and run AI/GenAI workshops with executives and teams.
• Provide AI consultation, assess processes, and guide GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional ideation sessions to design and implement innovative AI solutions; ensure adoption at scale.
