Dellent is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join a remote-friendly role in the Lisbon area. The ideal candidate will lead data-driven product initiatives for platform and infrastructure, partnering with engineering and stakeholders across teams.

• 7+ years in Product Management, ideally in platform, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Experience leading products for technical platforms or infrastructure areas.
• Ability to guide engineering teams and coordinate multiple PMs.
• Strong technical familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms and AI concepts.
• Familiarity with Jira and Productboard and roadmap planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• Deep customer empathy and data-driven product shipping track record.
• Fluent in English.

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in platform, PaaS, SaaS, data, or enterprise software;
• Experience leading product for a technical platform or infrastructure area, such as databases, runtimes, or developer tools. AI platform experience is a plus;
• Experience guiding engineering teams and coordinating work across many teams, or managing other PMs.;
• Strong technical background or deep familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern AI concepts;
• Experience with Jira and Productboard (or similar tools) and with structured planning, prioritization, and roadmap methods;
• Excellent writtenand verbal communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management, including presenting to large audiences and leaders;
• Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products;
• Proficient in English.
