Hexa Group is seeking a Mid AI Engineer to lead the design and development of ML, Generative AI and agentic solutions in a telecommunications sector, in a hybrid work model. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.

You will design RAG pipelines, embeddings, and LLM-based solutions, mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust delivery.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ML, Generative AI or AI engineering.
• Strong knowledge of modeling, LLMs, embeddings and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of ML, Generative AI, RAG and AI agent use cases with business impact.
• Translate complex business needs into analytical and AI-based solutions.
• Define technical approaches with ML, LLMs, prompt engineering and embeddings.
• Contribute across lifecycle from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Define evaluation frameworks for models, outputs and performance.
• Support optimization, robustness and scalability of AI solutions.
• Mentor junior Data Scientists and share knowledge within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned delivery.
