Bee Engineering ICT is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with proven production AI experience to join an international project in Portugal. The role requires deploying and operating AI/LLM systems beyond notebooks and demos, with a track record of real-world production usage.

The candidate will work with distributed teams, demonstrate strong ownership, and bring problem solving to complex challenges. Banking/ICA IT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS or software engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years in software or AI engineering; 2+ years deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Proven track record delivering production systems used in business environments.
• French proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Strong problem solving, ownership and distributed collaboration.
• Nice to have: experience in banking/regulatory environments.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with proven experience delivering AI solutions in production to join an international project.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience deploying and operating AI/LLM systems in production, beyond notebooks, demos, or proofs of concept

• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams
