Job summary

GRiT is looking for a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements, design processes and drive transformation and automation initiatives, bridging Business, Processes and Development teams. You will work in an Agile environment, manage stakeholders across departments, and use JIRA and Confluence.

Portuguese language proficiency is required and you should have 2+ years of BA experience in transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or similar field.
• 2+ years of proven work as Business Analyst, ideally in transformation projects and digital solution development.
• Hands-on requirements elicitation, analysis, clarification and closure with business areas.
• Proven ability to turn business needs into functional requirements and user stories, including acceptance criteria, scenarios and dependencies.
• Autonomy and critical thinking to challenge and clarify requirements, keeping Business, Processes and Development aligned.
• Process design and optimization skills.
• Stakeholder management, with expectation alignment across different areas.
• Follow-up of implementation, testing and validation of delivered solutions.
• Agile working background; experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Portuguese language
• Proactivity, ownership and strong sense of responsibility.
• Analytical mindset, problem solving and clear communication.
• Team player, across departments.
