Wire IT, based in Portugal, is a specialized IT consulting partner with 18 years of experience and a senior, agile team that helps clients move fast.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather, analyse, and finalise requirements with stakeholders, translate needs into functional requirements and user stories, and support solution validation in Agile projects, with Jira and Confluence experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Business Analysis, preferably in digital transformation and software development projects.
• Experience in gathering, analysing, clarifying, and finalising business requirements with stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs, processes, and development teams.
• Proven experience translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories, including acceptance criteria, scenarios, and dependencies.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and aligning different business perspectives.
• Experience following up on solution implementation, testing, and validation.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and responsibility.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability.
