Job summary

MLabs is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape the core UX of its trend intelligence platform. You will own the dashboard experience and translate dense trend data into clear, actionable insights.

This 100% remote role collaborates with Frontend & UX teams across UTC−6 to UTC+1, defining AI interactions, design systems, and data visualization patterns while partnering with senior design leadership. Core hours in EST apply.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of product design experience, ideally owning features end-to-end within a B2B or SaaS platform.
• Product thinking: Ability to define what to build and why, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Domain focus: Experience designing data-heavy dashboards, analytics platforms, or reporting tools.
• Design systems: Experience contributing to scalable design component libraries.
• Tools & AI integration: Proficiency in Figma with active AI tool usage and AI UX.
• Communication: Excellent written English for proposals and async collaboration.
• Schedule: Location within UTC−6 to UTC+1, with core hours 9:00 AM-12:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from framing to launch with specs and user flows.
• Identify user pain points via calls, interviews, and data.
• Define AI interactions and content voice for AI features and reports.
• Manage design system and Figma library with frontend integration.
• Co-own product metrics and feedback rubrics for AI outputs.
