HiBob is seeking a CX AI, Automation & Process Specialist to scale Customer Experience operations through AI, automation, and operational excellence. You will lead AI initiatives across CX, design intelligent workflows, and build custom agents to improve both customer and employee experiences.

The role blends strategic initiatives with hands‑on execution. You’ll work with HiBob’s CX Delivery team to simplify, automate, and improve how we work, across Zendesk, Slack, Notion, and other tools,

Qualificações

• Experience driving AI and automation initiatives in CX operations.
• Hands-on deployment of AI agents, workflows, and automations.
• Experience leading AI adoption and operational transformation.
• Strong understanding of applying AI to knowledge management, routing, and CSAT.
• Proficient with modern AI platforms and prompt engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and improve AI-powered agents and workflows for CX.
• Lead AI initiatives across CX in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable AI solutions and process redesign.
• Develop reporting and tooling across Zendesk, Slack, Notion and other platforms.
• Partner with CX leaders to scale processes and reduce manual work.
• Support day‑to‑day delivery while driving AI capability adoption.
