HiBob is seeking a CX AI, Automation & Process Specialist to scale Customer Experience through AI, automation and operational excellence. You will design AI-powered agents, workflows, and automations that improve both customer and employee experiences, and partner with HiBob's AI, Digitalisation, Product and Operations teams.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions across Zendesk, Slack, Notion and other platforms, while balancing

Qualificações

• Experience in CX Ops or similar role with AI/automation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, and automations for CX.
• Experience leading AI adoption and operational transformation in CX.
• Strong understanding of applying AI to customer support processes (knowledge mgmt, routing, summarisation, communications).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and improve AI-powered agents and automations for CX and employee experiences.
• Lead AI initiatives across CX in collaboration with AI, Digitalisation, Product, and Ops teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable AI/automation solutions across platforms (Zendesk, Slack, Notion, etc.).
• Partner with CX teams to improve processes, eliminate repetitive work, and enable scaling.
• Contribute to day-to-day CX Delivery backlog with tooling improvements and process implementation.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of AI capabilities across CX.
