Midnight is seeking an AI Developer Tools Engineer to empower AI coding agents to build on Midnight. You will own the tooling, context, and developer tools used by the community and partner ecosystems, shaping inputs for the core protocol roadmap.

You will translate usage feedback into structured roadmap inputs, maintain reference implementations, and ensure tool accuracy. This role blends developer experience, protocol strategy, and applied AI tooling.

Qualificações

Hands-on experience building, integrating, or maintaining AI coding assistants or agentic dev tooling.
Understanding of how AI agents consume context, prompting, and tool use.
Familiarity with protocol-level or smart contract development is a strong plus.
Experience turning qualitative feedback into structured product or roadmap input.
Strong technical writing skills for documentation and reference material.

Responsabilidades

Own and improve tooling, context files, SDKs, and documentation for AI agents on Midnight.
Design, build, and optimize agent harnesses and workflows for Midnight development tasks.
Identify gaps where agentic tooling fails or hallucination occurs and fix them.
Maintain reference implementations, prompts, and examples to improve AI output quality.
Evaluate new agentic tools and protocols for relevance to the Midnight ecosystem.
