Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is recruiting a French-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist. You will review digital content and AI outputs to ensure safety, accuracy, and guideline compliance, applying standardized evaluation criteria with precision.

The role requires native-level French, strong written French, and English at B2 level or higher, plus experience with AI annotation tools. Expect rotating 24/7 shifts and SHL assessments as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI annotation and evaluation platforms; prior AI data annotation experience.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts and complete SHL assessment.

About the Role

We are hiring a French-speaking AI Content Quality Specialist to review digital content and AI-generated outputs, helping ensure safety, accuracy and compliance. The role is suited to candidates with excellent written French, confidence using digital tools and an interest in generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate digital content and AI-generated responses.
• Assess content for quality, safety and compliance with defined guidelines.
• Apply annotation and evaluation criteria accurately and consistently.
• Make quick, objective decisions and record relevant findings.
• Use AI evaluation platforms and digital tools in daily workflows.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards across rotating shifts.
• Native-level French and excellent written communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level; B2+ or C1 preferred.
• Strong understanding of or interest in generative AI.
• Experience with AI annotation and evaluation platforms; previous AI data annotation experience.
• Tech-savvy, accurate and comfortable making decisions quickly.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts and no planned holidays for the next six months.
• Completion of a mandatory SHL assessment.

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations; two rotating days off.

Relocation

Relocation support provided. Shared accommodation may be available for up to 12 months; utilities are included and €280 per month is deducted from salary.
