AUTODOC is seeking an AI Content Creator who blends traditional graphic design expertise with advanced generative AI workflows. You will scale AUTODOC’s visual storytelling across Europe by producing high‑quality, brand‑aligned assets that elevate our digital presence.

You will optimize creative production through automation while ensuring every AI‑generated image meets the technical precision required in the automotive industry.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with core image/video generation tools such as Kling AI, VEO, Google Nano Banana, Midjourney and HeyGen.

Responsabilidades

• Generative Asset Production — Produce high‑quality marketing visuals, social media assets, and product representations using AI tools.
• Workflow Automation — Build and refine automated pipelines for bulk image generation, background removal, and asset localization.
• Prompt Engineering — Create, optimize, and maintain a proprietary prompt library ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy.
• Hybrid Post‑Production — Combine AI‑generated outputs with Adobe Creative Suite to deliver high‑res assets for print and digital.
• Technical R&D — Continuously test new AI models, plugins, and workflows to keep AUTODOC at the forefront.
• Brand Alignment — Ensure AI content follows AUTODOC’s visual guidelines and avoids hallucinations.

Job Description

AUTODOC is looking for an AI Content Creator who blends traditional graphic design expertise with advanced generative AI workflows. In this role, you will scale AUTODOC’s visual storytelling across Europe by producing high‑quality, brand‑aligned assets that elevate our digital presence. You will optimize creative production through automation while ensuring every AI‑generated image meets the technical precision required in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Generative Asset Production — Produce high‑quality marketing visuals, social media assets, and product representations using AI tools such as Kling AI, Gemini, VEO, Freepik, Midjourney, and others.
• Workflow Automation — Build and refine automated pipelines for bulk image generation, background removal, and asset localization to increase creative output efficiency.
• Prompt Engineering — Create, optimize, and maintain a proprietary prompt library ensuring brand consistency, correct automotive lighting, and technical accuracy of vehicle parts.
• Hybrid Post‑Production — Combine AI‑generated outputs with Adobe Creative Suite to deliver final assets that meet high‑resolution print and digital standards.
• Technical R&D — Continuously test new AI models, plugins, and workflows to keep AUTODOC at the forefront of "Visual AI."
• Brand Alignment — Work closely with the Team Lead to ensure all AI‑generated content follows AUTODOC’s visual guidelines and avoids AI hallucinations or technical inaccuracies

Qualifications

• Generative AI Proficiency — Hands‑on experience with core image and video generation tools such as Kling AI, VEO, Google Nano Banana, Midjourney, HeyGen, etc.
• Design Fundamentals — Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of composition, color theory, lighting, and typography.
• Adobe Creative Suite — Proficiency in Photoshop and Premiere Pro for editing, post‑production, retouching, and refining AI‑generated outputs.
• Prompt Engineering — Ability to craft complex, repeatable prompts and document “recipes” for team‑wide consistency.
• Technical Curiosity — Proactive mindset for testing new AI plugins, models, and emerging creative tech workflows.
• Detail Orientation — Keen eye for spotting and correcting AI artifacts to ensure realistic automotive parts and human features.
• Automotive Interest — Basic knowledge of car aesthetics or willingness to learn automotive visual nuances.
• Collaboration & Agility — Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and iterate quickly based on Team Lead feedback.
• English C1 — Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• A strong portfolio is essential and will be a central part of the evaluation process.
