Job Description

AI agents are no longer experimental - at AUTODOC, they’re becoming core infrastructure. As Agentic AI Integrator (m/f/d), you will design and ship autonomous multi‑step agents that connect our internal systems, APIs, and data sources into workflows that run without manual input. Your goal is to turn agentic AI from proof‑of‑concept into production reality, empowering our team to operate at a speed no manual process can match.

• Agentic Workflow Design: Design, build, and deploy multi‑step AI agents using frameworks such as n8n to automate complex business processes across the SEO and Content teams.
• Tool & API Integration: Connect AI agents to internal and third‑party services to create end‑to‑end automated pipelines with minimal human intervention.
• Prompt Engineering & Agent Orchestration: Design and maintain structured prompt libraries, agent roles, memory strategies, and tool‑routing logic to ensure consistent, reliable agent behaviour at scale.
• RAG & Knowledge Systems: Build and maintain Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge bases to ground agents in operational data of the SEO and Content departments.
• Technical R&D: Stay at the forefront of the agentic AI landscape by evaluating new LLMs, agent architectures, and tooling — and providing actionable recommendations for adoption.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with content managers and SEO leads to identify automation opportunities, translate their requirements into agent solutions, and ensure delivered workflows meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Agentic AI Proficiency: Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI agents using frameworks such as n8n or comparable tools.
• LLM Integration: Strong practical knowledge of working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open‑source models via API.
• Backend & Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Python for building agent logic, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft structured, repeatable prompt systems and agent instructions that produce consistent outputs at scale.
• Reliability Mindset: A strong focus on agent evaluation, failure handling, and output validation — understanding that production agents require rigorous guardrails, not just clever prompting.
• Business Process Understanding: Ability to map real operational workflows onto agent architectures and identify where automation delivers measurable value.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment - translating technical agent capabilities into clear outcomes for non‑technical stakeholders.
